Abstract

ABSTRACT This research discusses the Evaluation of Certain Licensing Retribution Policies on the Palembang-Indralaya Inter-City Bus. The purpose of this research is to know the results of the Evaluation of Certain Licensing Retribution Policies on the Palembang-Indralaya Inter-City Bus. This research method uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were library research and field research which included observations, interviews and documentation. The theory used in this study is the CIPP Evaluation Model, which consists of 4 dimensions, namely Context, Input, Process, and Product as an analysis tool. Based on the results of the study showed that the South Sumatra regional regulation number 5 of 2012 concerning certain licensing fees has been running quite well, but has not run optimally as seen from the lack of written objectives for this policy, there are still many illegal POs operating in the field, the law for violators is still weak . The researcher suggests that the specific objectives of certain licensing retribution policies be made in writing, there needs to be a re-socialization of the policy, decisive action for violators to have a deterrent effect, and training for all relevant HR.
