Abstract

UMAR MA’ROEF ABDUL MAJID. The Effects of Organic and NPK Fertilizers on The Growth and Yield of Cauliflower (Brassica oleraceae Var. Botrytis L.) (Supervised by MARIA FITRIANA and YERNELIS SYAWAL) The objective of this research was to know growth and yield of cauliflower by give the empty fruit bunched of palm, rice husk ash and chicken manure fertilizer with NPK fertilizer with 25%, 50%, and 75% dosage. This research was conducted from August to December 2019 at Bukit Lama, Ilir Barat 1, Palembang, South Sumatera. This research was arranged on randomized block desain with treatment P0 = NPK fertilizer 100% (1 g polybag-1), P1 = the empty fruit bunched of palm + NPK 25%, P2 = the empty fruit bunched of palm 25 ton ha-1 + NPK 50%, P3 = the empty fruit bunched of palm 25 ton ha-1 + NPK 75%, P4 = Rice Husk Ash 25 ton ha-1 + NPK 25%, P5 = Rice Husk Ash 25 ton ha-1 + NPK 50%, P6 = Rice Husk Ash 25 ton ha-1 + NPK 75%, P7 = chicken manure fertilizer 25 ton ha-1 + NPK 25%, P8 = chicken manure fertilizer 25 ton ha-1 + NPK 50%, P9 = chicken manure fertilizer 25 ton ha-1 + NPK 75%. Based on the results of the study that the treatment of P9 (chicken manure fertilizer 25 ton ha-1 + NPK 75%) shows the highest average results of the production of fresh weight of commercial cauliflower that is 124,67 g.
