Abstract

The retina also has a very thin membrane. The retina can be done as a shaper and then carried by nerves to the brain. In the retina there are yellow points that are sensitive to light & blind points that are not sensitive to light in the sense of compilation of light about blind points so humans cannot see the object. Retina can overcome abnormalities commonly called the retina or retinal disease. Retinal abnormalities are parts of the retina in the eye that have a bad influence on human vision. Therefore the Enhacemtent manual is a long task and requires training, many automatic methods are needed. In this final project, using Clahe, statistical order filter and Unsharp Masking In the process of improving the image this time using a dataset from STARE and DRIVE, then retrieve values from MSE and PSNR, then on the values in the STARE dataset MSE 1.40 and PSNR 46.71, and in the dataset DRIVE MSE 5.94 and PSNR 41.43.
