Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Transactional Leadership on the Performance of Palembang Sinarmas syariah Bank employees. The population in this study were all employees at the Palembang branch of Sinarmas syariah Bank with a total of 49 people and sampling using a census. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis it was concluded that the Transactional Leadership had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Sinarmas syariah Bank Palembang branch. Bank Sinarmas syariah Palembang branch is expected to be able to continue to evaluate and improve leadership to employees through good and equal contingent rewards.
