Abstract

Abstract This research entitled “learning time management of students with academic achievement in SMA 1 Indralaya”. The purpose of this researh was to describe the learning time management of students with academic achievement in SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya. Data collection used questionnaire, interview and documentation. The tringulation data analysis was used to analyse the data. Based on the results of the study showed that the learning time management of students with academic achievement in SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya was categorized enough with an average percentage of 65%. In detail, the results per indicator show that the indicators have realistic goals and scheduling categorized enough (62%), priority scale and delays categorized enough (68%), and minimize time wasted categorized enough (65%). In managing learning time students are still not accustomed to scheduling or planning learning activities on a regular basis, students are also still doing their homework at the end of time or deadline. For teachers as educators should be able to direct the students to maintain and improve students' learning time management and for researchers to further expand the number of research subjects.
