Abstract

The study aims to determine the impact of the training on employees’ performance at Pertamina Hospital Prabumulih. The Population of this study was all of the employees at Pertamina Hospital Prabumulih, there were one hundred fifty-eight employees. This sampling technique used probability sampling, so the sample of this research was 61 employees. This study used primary data obtained through questionnaires and simple regression analysis methods as data analysis techniques. The data were processed using SPSS version 23. The data obtained is tested with validity test, simple linier regression analysis, T-test, analysis of coefficient of correlation (r) and coefficient of determination (R2). The result of this study indicated that there was a positive and significant influence between training on employees’ performance. Keywords : The Training, Employee Performance
