Abstract

This study aims to detemine the best dose ammonized Total Mixed Fiber (TMF) as nutrient contents of dry matter, organic matter, crude fiber and crude protein based by analiysis proksimat. This research was carried out in the Laboratory of Nurtition and Animal Feed Animal Husbandry Study Program Department of Animal Husbandry Technology and Industry, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University in April to December 2019. This research was conducted by an experimental method with the research design was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD), which consisted of 3 treatments and 3 replications. TMF with urea dose of 0,4% (P1), TMF with urea dose of 0,4% and 0,2% (P2), TMF with urea dose of 0,6%, 0,4% and 0,2% (P3). The parameters observed included dry matter, organic matter, crude fiber and crude protein. The results showed that TMF-level amoniation significantly affected each treatment of the content of dry matter, organic matter, crude fiber and crude protein. The conclusion of this research is the amoniation with the use of urea dose of 0,6%, 0,4% and 0,2% in TMF is the use of the best urea dose with a dry matter content of 24,31%, organic matter 56,49%, crude fiber 35,52% and crude protein 9,66%.
