Abstract

The study aims to analyze and predict financial distress on the stated-owned enterprise company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2014 – 2018 based on liquidity, leverage, and profitability ratios on the Altman Z-Score model. The methods on this research used descriptive. Analysis data used Altman Z-Score. The research population comparised stated-owned enterprise company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2014 – 2018 with a total 20 companies. The sample was selected by means of the purposive sampling method and the selected sample comparised 4 companies. The results showed that 3 comparised compamies have financial distress and potentially bankruptcy are PT. Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk., PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk., and PT.Indofarma (Persero) Tbk.One company on the grey area position is PT.Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.
