Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of the Pair Checks learning model My Hero subthema My pride in self-confidence and learning outcomes of Grade 4 students at SDN 41 Palembang. This study uses a Pre-Experimental Design method with the design of One Group Pretest-Posttest Designs. The sample in this study amounted to 27 students in class IV D. The research instrument used was a written test totaling 20 items and questionnaires totaling 20 statements. After the research hypothesis was tested with the t test obtained for learning outcomes t count 75.69 and from the distribution table t obtained t table 1.708 so it appears that t count> t table. While the Hypothesis Test for self confidence was obtained t count 75.69 and from the t distribution table obtained t table 1.708 so it can be concluded that there is an influence of Pair Checks learning model in learning My Hero Subtheme My Pride towards Learning Outcomes and Confidence of Grade 4 SDN Students in Palembang.
