Geologically the Bangka Belitung Islands Province region an area that has high mineral potential and unique presence has comparative advantage compared to other regions in Indonesia. The largest reserves Kaolin deposits on Bangka and Belitung Islands. Bangka Belitung has the potential mineral resources which have comparative advantages in the form lead and associated minerals such as zircon, imenite, rutile, xenotime and monazite, as well as quartz sand and kaolin that are feasible developed and maintained. Investment in kaolin minerals, there are 2 commonly used methods, namely the purchase method and the rental method. Both methods will provide different investment components such as equipment procurement costs, operating costs and fixed costs that will affect investment criteria such as Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return and Payback Period. The method used the comparative method of the resulting investment feasibility.
