Abstract

Pabrik pembuatan litium karbonat dengan kapasitas produksi 44.000 ton/tahun ini direncanakan berdiri pada tahun 2025 di Kabupaten Tangerang, Provinsi Banten yang diperkirakan memiliki luas area sebesar 6 Ha. Bahan baku dari pembuatan litium karbonat ini adalah litium klorida, air, dan karbon dioksida. Proses pembuatan litium karbonat ini mengacu pada US Patent No. 2015/9,034,295 B2. Reaktor pertama berjenis reaktor sel elektrokimia dan reaktor kedua adalah reaktor jenis continuous stirred tank reactor. Reaktor pertama beroperasi pada temperatur 90oC dan tekanan 1 atm sedangkan reaktor kedua beroperasi pada temperatur 95oC dan tekanan 18,73 atm. Bentuk perusahaan yang akan digunakan pada pabrik ini adalah Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan sistem organisasi Line dan Staff, dipimpin oleh seorang Direktur dengan total karyawan 108 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisa ekonomi, pabrik litium karbonat ini layak untuk didirikan karena telah memenuhi berbagai macam persyaratan parameter ekonomi, yaitu sebagai berikut: • Total Capital Investment (TCI) = US $ 136.277.319 • Total Penjualan = US $ 540.696.595 • Total Production Cost (TPC) = US $ 418.957.735 • Annual Cash Flow = US $ 65.221.284 • Pay Out Time = 2,02 Tahun • Rate Of Return On Investment (ROR) = 40,13% • Break Even Point (BEP) = 39,25% • Service Life = 11 Tahun
