Abstract

This study aims to determine how much the influence of price-fixing, promotional mix and service quality toward usage decision online Service Transportation Grab-Bike in Faculty Economics of Sriwijaya University Campus Palembang both partially and simultaneously. The sampling technique used in this research Non Probability Sampling which is purposive sampling. The sample of this research 100 respondents. The instrument test uses validity and reliability. In testing the hypothesis using the t-test (partial), F test (simultaneous), and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. T-test results obtained (partial) that the price-fixing (X1) and promotional mix (X2) had no significant effect while the service quality variable (X3) had a significant effect on usage decisions (Y). F test results (simultaneous) that all variables significantly influence the decision to use Grab-Bike online transportation services for students of the Faculty of Economics of Sriwijaya University Campus Palembang.
