Abstract

Pabrik pembuatan aluminium oksida dengan kapasitas produksi 300.000 ton/tahun ini direncanakan didirikan pada tahun 2024 berlokasi di Desa Piasak Tayan Hilir Kabupaten Sanggau Kalimantan Barat, dengan luas area 13,96 ha. Proses pembuatan aluminium oksida ini mengacu pada WO2019086792, dimana metode proses yang digunakan adalah proses Bayer. Reaksi berlangsung dalam continuous stirred tank reactor (145 oC; 4,1 atm),crystallizer (50oC; 1 atm), dan calciner (1100oC; 1 atm), γ-Al(OH)3 + NaOH  NaAlO2 + 2H2O NaAlO2 + 2H2O  Al(OH)3 + NaOH 2Al(OH)3 Al2O3 + 3H2O Pabrik ini berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT) yang dipimpin oleh direktur utama. Sistem organisasi perusahaan ini adalah line and staff dengan total karyawan sebanyak 371 orang. Pabrik pembuatan aluminium oksida layak didirikan karena memenuhi persyaratan parameter ekonomi sebagai berikut: Total Capital Investment : US$ 96.091.844,16 Pay Out Time : 2,19 Tahun Rate of Return of Investment : 41,74 % DCF-ROR : 49,74 % Break Event Point : 39,65 % Service Life : 11 Tahun Kata Kunci: Aluminium oksida, Proses Bayer, Line and Staff, Analisa Ekonomi
