Abstract

The value of pH needs to be set in the hydroponic farming system as well as fish farming and the pH of the water must meet the pH value standard. Setting the pH value can be done by adding a solution of acidic water or alkaline water. The problem is how much acidic or alkaline water volume must be added so that the pH of the observed water is in accordance with the desired pH and how to make the process of adding acid-enhancing water or alkaline-enhancing water can take place automatically. In this research the solution of the problem is proposed using fuzzy logic control. The pH setup process can be monitored and controlled using a smartphone with the Blynk app. The targeted pH water value can be set as needed. The components used in this study are Arduino Uno, ESP8266 Module, Ultrasonic Sensor, Water flow sensor, pH sensor, relay module, water pump, and power supply. The results of this study show that the system can work well in monitoring and pH control of water remotely in real time. Setting the pH value of water through this system has successfully made the observed water pH close to the desired target with an average of error is 1.48%.
