Abstract

Semidang Aji is the largest sub-district after Lubuk Batang has an area 714,000 Km². Having a total of 21 villages, the sub-district capital is located in Ulak Pandan. The river segment observed in this study is the Ogan River in the Village of Keban Agung. After the plots analysis, the results obtained from the average simulation speed and the average simulation flowrate, the maximum speed is 1,547 m² / s at 17/1/20 1:10, at an average speed of 0.252 m² / s at 1 month and the lowest speed. 0.205 m² / s on 5/2/20 16:30. At the average simulation discharge, the maximum value is 58,566 m3 / s at 17/2/20 2:30, the average discharge is 23,939 m³ / s occurs in 1 month and the lowest discharge is 10,545 m³ / s on 2/5/20 16 : 30. The purpose of this research is to analyze the speed of the Ogan River in the Semidang Aji section, determine the discharge rating curve equation for the Ogan River, analyze the maximum, average, minimum, daily, weekly and monthly discharge on the Ogan River. Overall, the calculation of the velocity and discharge values on the Ogan River. But to get an accurate value, a longer data collection is required, because the data collection in January and February is due to the fact that the rainy season still occurs in March, so it requires more accurate data. more time to observe the location. By taking the data at the research location then proceed with processing and plotting the data, so it is known the maximum and average speed and discharge data which are intended as a reference for carrying out the river flow intake development activities.
