Abstract

Delay is a part of time that is not utilized properly, causing the activity that follows to be postponed. BRT Trans Musi often due to delay on time departures it was caused by traffic jams, stop duration at every bus stops, etc. The delay can be minimized with Linear Programming Relaxation of Total Delay Management (TDM) model. This research formulated Linear Programming Relaxation of Total Delay Management (TDM) model in minimizing the amount of delay in BRT Trans Musi Palembang Corridor III Plaju – PS Mall. This research used the departure time of BRT Trans Musi Corridor III which consists of 33 bus stops for the first path from Plaju to PS Mall, and 42 bus stops for the second path from PS Mall to Plaju. The optimal solution for the minimum number of delays on the first path from Plaju to PS Mall is 42240 seconds, while the minimum number of delays on the second path from PS Mall to Plaju is 73443 seconds.
