Abstract

Cadres have the task to manage the implementation of Integrated Health Post (IHP) starting from the preparation, implementation and post-IHP implementation. If the cadre's performance is lacking, the implementation of IHP will also be not smooth and can result in the nutritional status of Toddlers not being detected early clearly. Cadres are very important in IHP because they are the spearhead of IHP implementation. Then the mismatch of IHP achievements and targets is an important health problem, according to the Profile of Palembang City Health Office in 2018 the achievement of weighing underfive is 82,60% with SPM target (85%). Achievements that still do not meet this target are influenced by several factors, one of which is the role of cadres as the main movers of IHP activities. This research aims to analyze the relationship between age, education level, length of cadre, skills, knowledge, attitudes, incentives, facilities, workforce support health and training with the performance of Posyandu cadres in the working area of Puskesmas in Palembang city. Methods: This research is a quantitative study with cross sectional design. The sampling technique in this study uses a probability sampling technique with proportionate stratified random sampling method, the sampling technique is carried out randomly and the sample is taken based on the proportion of the study population for each charateristic group, a sample size of 180 samples with inclusion criteria : 1. Cadres in IHP 2. Cadres who are willing to be interviewed 3. Has been a cadre for at least 1 year and exclusion criteria are cadres who cannot be found (after 3 times). Data is collected by interview using a structured questionnaire. Then the data were analyzed using Chi Square test and logistic regression Results:The results of study found 109 cadres (60,6%) had the good of performance. Statistics test results obtained that work period of how long are being a cadre (p=0,000), support of health workers (p=0,000) and training (p= 0.004), had a significant relationship with performance cadre.Based on probability model, it is found that work period under 5 years, didn’t had support of health workers and didn’t had attended previous training have a probability of performance the lack with the average of 90,04%. Conclusions: The conclusion is, the results showed that the performance of cadres in the form of results achieved cadre’s work is in accordance with their respective responsibilities, although some cadres are still not optimal in carrying out their duties.
