Abstract

In accordance with Permenkes No. 46 of 2017, the Indonesian Ministry of Health develops a web-based service "Surveillance of Non-Communicable Diseases". Optimizing the use of this application can not be separated from the quality of the system, the quality of information, and the quality of service and its effect on user satisfaction and net benefits to user. This study aims to analyze the relationship between system quality, information quality and service quality with user satisfaction and net benefit in the application of the "Non-communicable Disease Surveillance" system in the City of Palembang. This research involving 65 respondents managing the Non-communicable Disease program in 41 Puskesmas in Palembang City. Quantitative data analysis shows that there is a relationship between system quality (p-value=0,001), information quality (p-value=0,000) and service quality (p-value=0,000) on the satisfaction of users of the Non-Communicable Disease Surveillance System in the City of Palembang, then there is also a relationship between user satisfaction and net benefits (p-value=0,000). The system quality, information quality and service quality variables affect user satisfaction and net benefits variables. The Ministry of Health must maintain the quality of system, information and servicesn to increase user satisfaction and net benefits for users of Non-communicable Disease Surveillance applications.
