Abstract

PDAM Tirta Prabujaya Prabumulih is a Regional Company which belongs to the Government which operates as a semi-autonomous region, PDAM Tirta Prabujaya service area covers the entire City of Prabumulih. PDAM Tirta Prabujaya runs water to Domestic, Industrial, Business, Commercial and other consumers. With a large number of customers, PDAM Tirta Prabujaya feels overwhelmed in dealing with customers. A complicated process so that it does not become effective and efficient. Based on the background described above, with this problem PDAM Tirta Prabujaya needs to change the method to be web-based in order to facilitate customers.
