Abstract

This research aims to Determinant of Profit Sharing Haircut Service Business In The City of Palembang. The data used is Primary Data by using the Snowball Sampling. The statistical method used Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this research are the practice of Profit Sharing patterns in the haircut business was good enough with a high level of Profit Sharing, so that it could provide benefits and provide fairness, with a comparison of the average yield of 56 percent or Rp. 309.804,-. Simultaneously, the Number of Customers, Operational Costs and Service Prices have a positive and significant influence the Profit Sharing in the haircut business in the city of Palembang. Partially, Number of Customers and Service Prices have a positive and significant influence on Profit Sharing, while Operating Costs have a negative and significant influence on Profit Sharing.
