Abstract

Musculoskeletal conditions constitute the largest proportion of persistent pain across all geographies and ages. In children and adolescents. While physical fitness is very useful to support the physical work of children who are expected to improve their performance. The purpose of this study was to study the application of routine exercise to reduce complaints of musculoskeletal disorders due to smartphone use with the method used in this study using quasi-experimental methods conducted to measure and arrange two research groups related to research relationships (SMA Negeri 10 Palembang and MA 2 Palembang) with a total of 44 respondents. The results of this study were the average value of respondents who corrected complaints of musculoskeletal disorders of 55.91 to overcome moderate complaints, whereas in the control group had an average value of MSD complaints was 48.09 could correct mild. Bivariate test results of the relationship of routine exercise with complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders there is an average difference, the duration of use of the Smartphone with complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders there is no average difference, and sex with the help of bone muscle disorders there is an average difference. For the prepost test control group and the pre-post test intervention group, the average difference in the reduction of musculoskeletal abnormalities in high school students in Palembang is provided. Physical fitness and physical ability by exercise due to exercise with muscle functions to avoid the difficulty of relativity Musculoskeletal Disorders.
