Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of personal investment behaviour on investment decisions on Civil Servants Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Of Musi Rawas . The population of this study consisted of 100 respondents then using purposive sampling obtained 50 sample respondents. The analysis technique used is structural Equation Modelling (SEM) through SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) software. Based on the partial test results it can be seen that investment behaviour and financial behavior show a significant influence of investment decisions on Civil Servants of the Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Office in Musi Rawas Regency. It is expected to conduct forfurther research variables such as financial literacy, financial knowledge, financial intention and also can be carried out in other sector.
