Abstract

Dalam menganalisa distribusi reservoar batupasir dengan metode impedansi akustik (AI) di area ‘Shanti’ formasi Talang Akar Subcekungan Jambi, Cekungan Sumatera Selatan yaitu dengan melakukan analisa petrofisika, atribut amplitudo RMS, peta struktur dan inversi impedansi akustik (AI). Analisa petrofisika digunakan untuk mendapatkan nilai dan melihat penyebaran reservoar keberadaan hidrokarbon pada sumur Shanti-2. Atribut amplitudo RMS digunakan untuk melihat anomali daerah Brightspot zona reservoar prospek hidrokarbon. Peta struktur digunakan untuk mencari jebakan hidrokarbon baru sebagai zona reservoar prospek hidrokarbon. Inversi impedansi akustik (AI) digunakan untuk melihat nilai impedansi akustik (AI) dari 3 (tiga) jebakan hidrokarbon baru yang ditemukan. Dari hasil analisis metode-metode tersebut menunjukkan penyebaran reservoar batupasir sebagai prospek hidrokarbon pada 3 (tiga) jebakan baru menghasilkan nilai impedansi akustik (AI) yang relatif rendah berkisar pada 6600-7200 ((m/s)*(g/cc)).
