Abstract

LAZNAS LMI Kanwil Sumatera Selatan adalah lembaga yang bergerak dibidang keagamaan dan kemanusiaan. Salah satu layanan yang terdapat pada LMI Kanwil Sumatera Selatan adalah layanan donasi. Namun pada pelayanannya masih belum efektif dan juga efesien. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner terhadap layanan donasi di LMI Kanwil Sumatera Selatan diperoleh hasil perhitungan Net Promoter Score1 sebesar -61.6% yang menunjukkan nilai negative. Hal tersebut menunjukkan perlu adanya peningkatan layanan donasi agar tercipta loyalitas. Pada konsep E-CRM memiliki tujuan untuk memberikan kepuasaan serta meningkatkan loyalitas. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi layanan donasi yang dapat mempermudah pihak LMI dan juga donatur. Serta sebuah pengukuran yang mengukur loyalitas donatur dengan menggunakan metode perhitungan Net Promoter Score dan metode pengembangan sistem FAST. Dari hasil pengukuran Net Promoter Score2 didapatkan hasil perhitungan sebesar 77% hal ini menunjukkan bahwa loyalitas donatur meningkat terhadap peningkatan layanan donasi di LMI Kanwil Sumatera Selatan.
