Abstract

The Implementation of the distribution process of Political Party Financial Assistance policy in the National Unity and Political Agency of South Sumatra. This study is intended to determine how the distribution process of political parties financial assistance in the National Unity and Political Agency of South Sumatra. The background of this study is the delay in file collection by political parties, then some political parties did not collect files to the National Unity and Political Agency of South Sumatra, so the distribution processes are not carried out. To achieve the desired policy, this study used the theory according to Ripley and Franklin which has 3 (three) indicators, namely, the compliance with applicable regulations, the smooth implementation of routines and functions, and the desired performance and impact. The research method used is qualitative research methods. The results obtained in this study are the fact that not all political parties commit violations, and for political parties that did not collect files, their financial assistance will not be processed by National Unity and Political Agency of South Sumatra. Therefore, what needs to be done to reduce this problem is using an online system for the process of collecting files and increasing the ability of Human Resources.
