Abstract

This study aims to study and analyze how to use the environment on the performance of the employees of PT. Maju Mix Bersama Abadi (South Sumatra) The population of this study is all employees of PT. Maju Mix Bersama Abadi (South Sumatra) played by 56 people. The sampling technique of this study uses non probability sampling with saturated sampling technique (census), thus the respondents of this study were 56 people in all companies of PT. Maju Mix Bersama Abadi (South Sumatra). This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires and simple linear regression analysis methods as data analysis techniques. The results showed a positive and significant work environment on employee performance.
