Abstract

Makan atau sarapan pagi merupakan makanan yang di makan ketika pagi hari sebelum kita beraktivitas, makan pagi untuk meningkatkan kinerja pada pekerja.wanita yang rentan gizi sering melupakan konsumsi makan pagi yang bergizi karena berbagai alasan. Pekerja yang tidak mengkonsumsi makan pagi akan menyebabkan kadar gula dalam tubuh akan menurun, yang menimbulkan kelelahan kerja pada pekerja seperti, lelah, mudah tersinggung. Penelitian ini bersifat survei dengan desain cross- sectional, yang di lakukan di PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang Tahun 2019, bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konsumsi energi makan pagi dengan tingkat kelelahan kerja pada pekerja wanita, untuk mengetahui karakteristik pekerja dari kebiasaan makan pagi pada pekerja wanita, untuk mengetahui tingkat jumlah energi total sehari pada pekerja wanita, untuk mengetahui tingkat kelelahan kerja pada pekerja wanita. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 96,0% pekerja wanita mengkonsumsi energi makan pagi kategori cukup ≥ 600 kalori dari total konsumsi energi sehari dengan tingkat konsumsi energi tidak cukup dan berada dalam perasaan kurang lelah sebanyak 2 orang. Dengan menggunakan uji chi-square menunjukkan P-value (1,000) lebih besar dari nilai α, maka tidak ada hubungan antara energi makan pagi dengan tingkat kelelahan kerja pada pekerja wanita di PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. Disarankan agar pekerja wanita tetap mempertahankan kebiasaan makan pagi dan meningkatkan konsumsi energi makan pagi untuk mengatasi terjadinya kelelahan kerja sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja dalam beraktivitas. ABSTRACT Eating or breakfast is food that is eaten when the morning before we move, breakfast to improve performance in workers. Nutrition-prone women often forget the consumption of nutritious breakfast for various reasons. Workers who do not consume breakfast will cause sugar levels in the body will decrease, which causes work fatigue in workers such as, tired, easily offended.This research is a survey with cross-sectional design, which was conducted at PT. Sriwidjaja Palembang Fertilizer in 2019, aims to determine the relationship between energy consumption of breakfast with the level of work fatigue in women workers, to find out the characteristics of workers from the breakfast habits of women workers, to find out the level of total daily energy in women workers, to find out the level of fatigue work for female workers.The results showed that 96.0% of female workers consumed enough energy in the morning category of ≥ 600 calories from the total daily energy consumption with insufficient energy consumption levels and were in the feeling of being less tired as many as 2 people. By using the chi-square test showed the P-value (1,000) is greater than the value of α, then there is no relationship between the energy of breakfast with the level of work fatigue in women workers at PT. Sriwidjaja Palembang Fertilizer.It is recommended that female workers continue to maintain breakfast habits and increase energy consumption for breakfast to overcome the occurrence of work fatigue so as to improve performance in their activities.weekly counseling and counseling about breastfeeding and MP-ASI especiallyfor mothers who have babies and their families.
