Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of diversification strategies and financial performance on corporate value with managerial ownership as a moderating variable. The sample in this study were manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2016-2018. The samples in this study were 46 companies and were obtained by purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using an analytical tool, namely SPSS 25. The results of this study state that the diversification strategy has no effect on firm value, financial performance has an affect on firm value, managerial ownership is not able to moderate the effect of diversification strategies on firm value and managerial ownership is not able to moderate the effect of financial performance on firm value.
