Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how the influence of leadership style on employee performance at PT. Sriwijaya Alam Segar. The population of this study is the entire number of production division employees at PT. Sriwijaya Alam Segar, totaling 36 people. The sampling technique of this study used a saturated sample (census), thus the sample of this study was 36 employees of all production division employees at PT Sriwijaya Alam Segar. This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires and simple regression analysis methods as data analysis techniques. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between leadership style on employee performance.
