Abstract

In millennial times, creativity becomes a benchmark in intelligence and is even described as a determinant of the future for future generations in almost all parts of the world, especially in terms of the creative industries. We often find the creative industry as the most desirable professional land in today's young generation because this industry attracts millennial interests given their daily lives involved in the world of creative technology. Youth Creativity Center is a place or place for young people to gather to carry out positive activities related to the world of creativity, such as photography, fashion design, visual communication design, and programming and applications. This design is carried out through a modern architectural approach that is assisted by the open plan concept, both of which have great potential for the development of this teen's creativity arena design, such as in the formation of facades, buildings, and spatial planning.
