Abstract

Beras keluarga miskin (RASKIN) adalah salah satu program pemerintah dalam upaya meningkatkan ketahanan pangan dan memberikan perlindungan pada keluarga miskin melalui pendistibusian beras. Namun, dalam prosesnya banyak mengalami penghambatan, baik itu dalam distribusi ataupun pemilihan penerima bantuan raskin itu sendiri. Untuk membantu penentuan urutan penerima bantuan raskin sesuai dengan kriteria yang diinginkan maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan. Didalam sistem pendukung keputusan sendiri memiliki banyak jenis metode perangkingan. Penulis disini menggunakan metode gabungan yaitu ANP dan TOPSIS. Diawali dengan perhitungan bobot kriteria dengan menggunakan metode ANP lalu kemudian menggunakan metode TOPSIS untuk mendapatkan hasil perangkingan. Pengujian dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan membandingankan hasil perangkingan manual dari staff kecamatan dengan perangkingan sistem yang menggunakan metode ANP dan TOPSIS. Dari data 13 desa yang diuji dengan 6 kriteria yang digunakan maka, berhasil mendapatkan persentase kecocokan sebesar 83%.
