Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of skills on workers productivity at UMKM Griya Kain Tenun typical of Palembang sub-district Tuan Kentang, Palembang. The population of this study was all of the workers at UMKM Griya Kain Tenun Palembang, there were 34 workers. This sampling technique used saturated sampling, meaning the whole population is used as a sample, so the sample of this research was 34 workers. This study used primary data obtained through questionnaires and simple regression analysis methods as data analysis techniques. The data were processed using SPSS version 25. The data obtained is tested with validity test, simple llinier regression analysis, T-test, analysis of coefficient of correlation (r) and coefficient of determination (R2). The result of this study indicated that there was a positive and significant influence between skills on workers productivity at UMKM Griya Kain Tenun typical of Palembang sub-district Tuan Kentang, Palembang.
