Abstract

Skripsi ini berjudul “Konsep Keadilan Ekonomi Menurut Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945 (Studi Pandangan Richard Allan Posner)”. Penulisan Skripsi ini menggunakan jenis penelitian normatif yang didukung data lapangan sedangkan pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan ialah pendekatan perundang-undangan, pendekatan konseptual dan pendekatan sejarah. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini dilakukan melalui studi kepustakaan berupa pengeloaan sistemasi dari peraturan perundang-undangan dan mengumpulkan data bantuan dari Tim Nasional Percepatan Penanggulangan Nasional. Sumber bahan hukum yang digunakan adalah sumber bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier. Skripsi ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana upaya pemerintah dalam mewujudkan keadilan ekonomi kepada masyarakat Indonesia sesuai dengan amanat yang terdapat dalam Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945 (UUD 1945).
