Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) to measure the performance level of Medang Jaya Processing and Marketing Unit, Serikembang Village, Ogan Ilir Regency, 2) to analyze the relationship between performance and quality of member farmers' rubber at Medang Jaya Processing and Marketing Unit, Serikembang Village, Ogan Ilir Regency, 3) to analyze the relationship between quality rubber with income from member farmers at Medang Jaya Processing and Marketing Unit, Serikembang Village, Ogan Ilir Regency. This research was conducted in Serikembang Village in November 2019. The location was chosen purposively. The research method used in this research is the case study method. The sampling method used was a simple random sampling method. The population of Medang Jaya Processing and Marketing Unit members is 529 people. By using the Slovin formula, the sample determination was carried out with an error rate of 15%, the total sample to be taken was 41 rubber farmers of Medang Jaya Processing and Marketing Unit as the research sample. The data collected in this study are primary data and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the average service function performance score of Medang Jaya Processing and Marketing Unit is 28.07 in the moderate category. Based on the calculation results, the results obtained for the significance value <α (n) = 0.000 <0.05, Ho reject means that there is a relationship between the performance of Medang Jaya Processing and Marketing Unit and the quality of the farmer's bokar. Based on the results of the calculation, the results obtained for the significance value> α (n) = 0.186 > 0.05, so accept Ho means that there is no relationship between the quality of the bokar and the income of the members of Medang Jaya Processing and Marketing Unit’s farmers.
