Abstract

Early warning systems are a major factor in reducing disaster risk. Monitoring is a cycle of activities that includes reporting, collecting, reviewing, and providing action on information on a process that is being implemented. The online monitoring system makes it easy for users to create a system that can solve major problems related to BTS supervision carried out by company leaders on BTS owned by operators. The results of daily average measurement of BTS shelters show a relatively good percentage of successful application of the tool. This is evidenced by the absence of danger orders sent via BOT Telegram and only touching temperatures of more than 26⁰C for 4 hours in 24 hours of temperature measurement.
