Abstract

This thesis is titled "Palembang Shi During the Japanese Military Administration Know 1942-1945 (Contribution of Material in the Indonesian National Movement History Course)". The problem raised is how the process of determining Palembang as Palembang Shi, what is the arrangement of the Palembang Shi bureaucratic structure, how the Palembang Shi policies are in the bidding for infrastructure development that supports Japanese military activities in Palembang City from 1942-1945. The purpose of this paper is to find out how the process he set Palembang as Palembang Shi by the Japanese military government, to find out how the bureaucratic structure of Palembang Shi, to find out the Palembang Shi policies in Palembang in the field of infrastructure development that supports the Japanese Government's military in 1942-1945. The writing of this paper uses historical research methods, namely a systematic framework for gathering historical sources, by giving criticism and judgment in order to select facts to obtain data and truth and to study them in written form. The approaches used in writing this essay include sociological approaches, political science approaches and military science approaches.
