Abstract

The Immigration Class 1 Palembang Office is a service provider agency in the immigration sector that has the authority to administer passports or Travel Documents of the Republic of Indonesia (SPRI). The Immigration Class 1 Palembang Office has implemented the Online Passport Queue Service System to fulfilling the needs of the public society in processing passports. Up to now, the system is still running into problems such as an error in the system, the quota runs out, the applicant's NIK does not match, the slow access to the system, and the handling of the system which always involves the Immigration Head Office. It can obstruct the ongoing operational activities. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the online passport queue service information system which can be used as a benchmark for the sustainability of the system. The framework used is the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V3 Framework with Service Operation and Continual Service Improvement domains. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires, interviews and observations to obtain the maturity level value. The results of calculating the maturity level in the Service Operation (SO) domain showed that the average maturity level in the SO domain is 3.49 or at level 3 (Define Process) and for the Continual Service Improvement (CSI) domain is 3.47 or is at level 3 (Define Process). According to the results of Online Passport Queue Service System evaluation the calculation of the maturity level, several recommendations for the Service Operation (SO) and Continual Service Improvement (CSI) domains can be taken into consideration in improving the service operations and the Online Passport Queue Service System on an ongoing basis.
