Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan kesehatan pasien Jamkesmas di ruang rawat inap penyakit dalam dan mengetahui pengaruh hasil audit operasional dalam meningkatkan kualitas di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Banyuasin. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu, kuesioner, wawancara, dan penelitian dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan kesehatan yang dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Banyuasin sudah sangat baik dan audit operasional mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan kesehatan. Namun rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Banyuasin harus terus berupaya untuk memperbaiki dan mengembangkan fungsi pelayananan dimasa yang akan datang.
