Abstract

Total Suspended Solid (TSS) merupakan bahan-bahan tersuspensi (diameter >1μm) yang terdiri atas lumpur dan pasir halus, biasa disebabkan oleh kikisan tanah atau erosi tanah yang terbawa ke badan air. Metode penginderaan jauh dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui pola sebaran konsentrasi TSS disuatu perairan menggunakan citra Sentinel 2A menggunakan 3 Algoritma yaitu Budhiman (2004), Parwati (2006) dan Jaelani (2016). Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada 05 Juli 2020. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pola sebaran konsentrasi TSS melalui integrasi antara data lapangan dengan data citra Sentinel-2A Tahun 2018-2020, mengetahui Algoritma yang paling sesuai dan menguji akurasi citra Sentinel-2A dalam menentukan konsentrasi TSS di Muara Sungai Musi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pola sebaran TSS tahun 2020 memiliki nilai rata rata TSS sebesar 182,53 mg/l, tahun 2019 sebesar 178,24 mg/l dan tahun 2018 sebesar 176,30 mg/l. Berdasarkan uji validasi dan uji akurasi menunjukkan Algoritma Jaelani dari persamaan regresi orde 2 yang lebih sesuai dengan nilai R2 0,5064 dan nilai RMSE terendah yaitu 0,335. Semakin rendah nilai RMSE yang didapat menunjukkan semakin baik kesesuaian antara variabel yang dibandingkan. Faktor yang mempengaruhi perbedaan kandungan nilai TSS tiap tahunnya adalah waktu perekaman data citra yang berbeda dengan kondisi pasang surut, aktivitas manusia di pesisir, terjadinya erosi, curah hujan, serta penggunaan lahan. Total Suspended Solid (TSS) are suspended materials (diameter> 1μm) consisting of mud and fine sand, usually caused by soil erosion or soil erosion that is carried into the bodies of water. Remote sensing methods can be used to activate the TSS concentration distribution pattern in a water using Sentinel 2A imagery using 3 algorithms, namely Budhiman (2004), Parwati (2006) and Jaelani (2016). This research has been implemented on 5th of july 2020. The purpose of this research is to analyze the distribution pattern of TSS concentrations through the integration of field data with Sentinel-2A image data for 2018-2020, knowing the most suitable algorithm and testing the accuracy of Sentinel-2A images in determining the TSS concentration in the Musi River Estuary. The results showed that the TSS distribution pattern in 2020 had an average TSS value of 182.53 mg / l, in 2019 it was 178.24 mg / l and in 2018 it was 176.30 mg / l. Based on the validity and accuracy test, it shows that the Jaelani Algorithm from the 2nd order regression equation is more in accordance with the R2 value of 0.5064 and the lowest RMSE value of 0.335. The lower of the RMSE value obtained, the better the fit between the variables being compared. The factors that influence the differences in the TSS value content each year are the recording time of image data that is different with tidal conditions, human activities on the coast, erosion, rainfall, and land use.
