Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausal yang dilakukan pada tahun 2013, yang bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang berkaitan dengan pengaruh hubungan antara partisipasi penyusunan anggaran terhadap kineija manajerial, dan pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap hubungan antara partisipasi penyusunan anggaran dan kinerja manajerial, serta pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap hubungan antara partisipasi penyusunan anggaran dan kineija manajerial pada PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan sampel adalah manajer tingkat menengah PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang yang berjumlah 27 dari total populasi 39 orang. Teknik analisis data untuk menguji hipotesis adalah regresi linier sederhana. Hasil pengujian menyatakan bahwa satu hipotesis dapat diterima, artinya terdapat pengaruh dan hubungan positif antara partisipasi penyusunan anggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial sedangkan dua hipotesis lainnya tidak dapat diterima
