Abstract

Time Token merupakan salah satu tipe model pembelajaran kooperatif yang dapat digunakan untuk mengajak peserta didik menjadi aktif dan belajar berbicara di depan kelas, mengemukakan pendapatnya tanpa harus merasa takut dan malu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk membuktikan pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Time Token terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian jenis eksperimen yang menggunakan desain Pre- Experimental Design dengan bentuk One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas XI IPS di SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan Cluster Random Sampling, dan sampel yang terpilih adalah kelas XI IPS 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen yang berjumlah 33 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu tes dan observasi, dan proses pembelajaran menggunakan Google Meet dan Whatsapp Group. Hipotesis menggunakan statistik parametris yaitu uji-t test sampel related dan diperoleh thitung 66,62 ≥ 1,669 ttabel maka hipotesis Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Time Token terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang. Disarankan sebagai perbaikan proses pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara serta mampu dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik dan sebagai bahan masukan dalam memilih model pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran ekonomi.
