Abstract

PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Depo Lahat merupakan perusahan dibidang distribusi produk garudafood yang menggunakan sistem informasi distribusi produk untuk mengelola data yang berkaitan dengan proses distribusi produk garudafood. Namun selama penggunaan sistem tersebut, pada salah satu depo ditemukan masalah yang dapat menghambat kinerja sistem dengan baik yaitu ditemukan selisih data produk antara data fisik dengan data pada sistem dan aset teknologi informasi yang rusak berupa printer dan monitor tabung. Saat ini pada perusahaan belum melakukan penialian risiko secara khusus pada sistem informasi distribusi produk sehingga masalah yang timbul dapat menjadi risiko di kemudian hari. Untuk itu, perusahaan memerlukan manajemen risiko untuk mengolah kemungkinan risiko. Panduan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ISO 31000:2009 - Risk Management. Metode yang digunakan dalam tahap penilaian risiko adalah metode Risk Breakdown Structure (RBS), Severity Index (SI) serta teknik consequence/ probability matrix. Dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan terdapat 31 risiko yang mungkin terjadi di PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Depo Lahat yang terdiri dari 13 risiko dengan tingkat medium dan 18 risiko dengan tingkat low.
