Abstract

The pharmacy of Pertamina UP III Hospital, Plaju is an unit that provides and distributes medical supplies for patients. This hospital uses the pharmacy information system that is applied properly in the sense that it had a problem with the authorization and search system. This research was conducted to evaluate the application of a computer-based system in the pharmacy of the hospital by CobIT 4.1. which dealt with delivery and support. The system covered aspects of order, provision, and medicine names. The analysis used a descriptive method. The research results describe that hospital is recommended to improve its authorization, search, supply aspects. The hospital needs to improve the system in order to provide good Service.
