Abstract

Penelitian ini meneliti tentang pengaruh dari variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap integritas laporan keuangan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2010-2012. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan empat variabel independen yaitu ukuran perusahaan, umur perusahaan, financial target, dan tekanan pihak eksternal. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 52 perusahaan manufaktur. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan danfinancial target berpengaruh signifikan terhadap integritas laporan keuangan. Sementara itu, umur perusahaan dan tekanan pihak eksternal tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap integritas laporan keuangan.
