Abstract

This research aimed to determine whether production activity at Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Musi Palembang, has been going on effective and efficient. Data collected by observations, interviews, and library research. Techniques used is descriptive qualitative technique. The results showed that production activity Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Musi Palembang has been going passably, but it needs some improvement to make production activity company will be better.
