Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin melihat bagaimana implementasi dan pelaporan Program corporate social responsibility (CSR) oleh perusahaan, Pada permasalahan pertama akan membahas mengenai implementasi CSR pada PT Tanjung Enim Lestari Pulp & Paper (PT TEL PP) yang dibandingkan dengan panduan dari International Standard Organitation (ISO) 26000. Permasalahan kedua membahas mengenai pelaporan CSR PT TEL PP yang membandingkannya dengan Sustanaibility Report produk dari Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). CSR merupakan bentuk tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan terhadap masyarakat dan lingkungan sekitarnya untuk memberi kontribusi terhadap pembangunan ekonomi yang berkesinambungan. Implementasi CSR PT TEL PP telah mencakup isu Pengembangan Masyarakat, Konsumen, Lingkungan, dan Organisasi Pemerintah berdasarkan ISO 26000, sedangkan pelaporan CSR PT TEL PP menurut panduan GRI telah melakukan pengungkapan sebesar 34,2%. Yang mana sebagian tidak diungkapkan perusahaan karena merupakan privacy dari perusahaan.
