Abstract

In this study the author will create a decision support system that is made in order to make company easier to find vendors who will complete orders, where the vendor will be selected in accordance with the performance appraisal as assessed by the quality control section by the company. The evaluation criteria include the quality of materials, processing time, price, and the vendor's communication with the company, then the appraisal will be entered by the quality control section into the system. The system will rank these vendors by using an assessment of the vendor's performance, then a list of vendors will come out to recommend which vendor has the best performance to process the next order, each vendor has finished processing the order, the quality control section will reassess it. against the performance of these vendors, so the system will always re-rank these vendors.
