Abstract

Adanya kemajuan teknologi informasi ini dapat berguna sebagai alat untuk mengelolah data menjadi sebuah informasi yang tepat, akurat dan mempunyai daya guna serta memiliki peranan yang penting dalam menyediakan informasi yang diperlukan. Seperti halnya Puskesmas Basuki Rahmat Palembang yang belum menggunakan aplikasi yang sudah terkomputerisasi atau aplikasi berbasis website. Oleh karena itu, dikembangkan aplikasi website yang dapat membantu proses pelayanan maupun proses rekap data untuk laporan transaksi yang digunakan pada puskesmas Basuki Rahmat Palembang dengan menggunakan pengembangan sistem model Prototype. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi pelayanan kesehatan puskesmas berbasis website pada Puskesmas Basuki Rahmat Palembang yang meliputi proses pendaftaran, dokter, dan bagian apoteker. Output yang dikeluarkan dari sistem ini adalah laporan pemeriksaan pasien dan kunjungan pasien. Sistem yang diusung berupa web dan menggunakan framework codeigniter dan database MySQL.
