Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana citra bus Universitas Sriwijaya dalam benak pelanggannya dan bagaimana citra yang diharapkan oleh SATGAS bus Unversitas Sriwijaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa walupun citra bus Universitas Sriwijaya tergolong baik, namun hasil citra tersebut masih belum sesuai dengan yang diharapkan oleh SATGAS bus Universitas Sriwijaya. Untuk meningkatkan citra baik bus Universitas Sriwijaya, penulis menyarankan agar SATGAS bus Universitas Sriwijaya, memberikan insentif tertentu kepada karyawan khususnya sopir dan kondektur supaya mereka lebih bersemangat dan terdorong untuk memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik, melakukan pelatihan terutama yang erat kaitannya dengan pelayanan pelanggan/konsumen dan perlu melakukan penambahan atau peremajaan armada bus baru.
