Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kompetensi inti dan kineija karyawan pada Departemen SDM PT Pusri (Persero) Palembang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi inti yang meliputi kompetensi semangat untuk berprestasi, kompetensi mencari informasi, kompetensi berorientasi kepada kepuasan pelanggan, dan kompetensi keija sama kelompok memiliki hubungan yang erat/kuat dan positif dengan kinerja karyawan pada Departemen SDM PT Pusri (Persero) Palembang. Kompetensi mencari informasi memiliki pengaruh paling dominan sedangkan kompetensi keija sama kelompok memiliki pengaruh terkecil terhadap tingkat kineija karyawan pada Departemen SDM PT Pusri (Persero) Palembang. Model regresi yang dihasilkan menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel bebas (kompetensi inti) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh (signifikan/berarti secara statistik) terhadap variabel terikat (kinerja).
